The holidays are a time of warmth, joy, and togetherness, but for many families in our community, it can also be a season of struggle. At CORA, we believe everyone deserves to celebrate with dignity and share a holiday meal with loved ones. That’s why we’re launching our Holiday Food Drive to provide nutritious and festive meals to neighbors facing food insecurity.
Why It Matters
Over the past year, we’ve seen a significant increase in need, with more families than ever turning to CORA for support. The holidays often heighten these challenges, as many are forced to make difficult choices between food and other necessities like rent, utilities, or medicine. With your help, we can ensure that no one in our community goes without during this special season.
Foods We’re Collecting
To make holiday tables brighter, we’re asking for donations of:
These staples will create complete and comforting holiday meals for families in need.
The Impact of Your Generosity
Every donation helps us move closer to our vision of a community without hunger. Last year, thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, CORA distributed free groceries to families across Chatham County. We aim to make an even more significant impact this year—but we can’t do it without you.
